Wave is also a founding partner of IAMCP - Independent Association of Microsoft Certified Partners - an alliance that brings together services providers under a code of ethics and a business engagement model. This means that Wave has access to a pool of resources that rival larger service providers in both the quality and diversity of skills available to meet client requirements. 

Wave has delivered Enterprise Information Solutions using various database platforms, Extract, Transform and Load (ELT) tools, reporting and analysis tools. Today, Wave's solutions centre around the Microsoft SQL Server platform due to the significant adoption by clients in this scalable, flexible and cost effective environment. However, Wave continues to work in environments including  Microsoft, Business Objects, Oracle, IBM, Informatica, MIS, Cognos, SPSS and SAS.
